I have an addiction......

....to oatmeal! And it's bad, like really bad. Why, you may ask? Isn't oatmeal good for you? Of course it is! But not the way I eat it!

Lately, I have been buying the chocolate chip oatmeal packets and then adding like 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a small handful of more chocolate chips! Totally defeating the purpose of the oatmeal. Let me tell you how I've always HATED oatmeal. This is the only way I'll eat it. I really need to cut it out of my diet because it probably has like 2000 calories (not really haha).

I am really slacking on my weight loss lately. So I decided to make a list to myself of things I am going to do or change to help me back on the weight loss wagon.

1. Cut out my addiction to pb and chocolate oatmeal. Just cold turkey it. Do whatever it takes to rid it from this house!

2. Walk at least 5 days a week. Jog if you can. But don't stop! Never stop!

3. Watch what I eat! Never over eat! Don't snack at all. That's when bad things happen.

4. Do some arm workouts. They are fat, Kayleigh. Remember the video from Christmas? Do you want to wear tank tops again and not be self conscious? Well, get your ass, I mean your arms to do some workouts!

You have 5 months Kayleigh! 5 months to lose 25 pounds! Remember when you told someone you know at Dragon*Con you would be skinnier by then? Keep true to your word. Don't fail. You can do it! I have faith in you!

Now go do the dishes before your mom gets on to you again! :)
