Ugh, my allergies have been awful lately. I am beyond miserable. I really hope I can be better by tomorrow. You know why? Because tomorrow begins Day 1 of Project Playroom! I am sooooo excited! I have been doing a lot of research on organizing and cute ideas for playrooms and such. Honestly, my biggest worry was what was I going to do with all the junk in the room? My dad would never allow me to get rid of this stuff so I figured, why not put it in the attic? Tomorrow, I will start by removing garbage and stuff I know can be thrown out and then sorting things to put in the attic. One of my other concerns about the room is, when it rains really hard, the room floods. Not bad, but leaves a pretty big puddle that has to be soaked up. So, everything down there now is literally lifted off the ground with bricks or something of the sort. There are quite a few big things down there that will be hard to work around but I might be able to corporate them into the playroom. For example, there is a couch which I definitely want to keep for adults to sit on while kids play. There is a huge big screen tv, that broke and now has no use. I believe my dad is getting rid of this over the summer. There is also a table that houses our desk top computer, which I also intend to keep so that we have something to do while the little one plays. A few smaller things I'm not sure what to do with is a smaller tv that I will probably keep in there so Liam can watch movies or cartoons. Also lots of shelves my dad uses for his movies and cds and just junk basically haha.
So, tomorrow, I will take some before pics and post em up for you all to see the awfully big mess I'm about to get myself into. :)
